Requesting this service starts the process of a lock change. Lock changes are billable to your student account. Facilities Services changes locks twice per week so please come down to the Residence Life office in 319 College Union to get a spare key to your room. You and your roommates (and suitemates if applicable) will have to come to 319 College Union to pick up your new keys once your locks have been changed.
