Maintenance concerns in the residence halls are handled by Facilities Services. If you have a general maintenance concern not listed here, please submit a Facilities Request through the WebTMA system portal. This can be found on your My Geneseo Portal under Facilities Work Request.
There are a few types of maintenance concerns that Residence Life Manages including Bed Height Changes, Broken Furniture, and Lost Keys/Lock Changes. Students who submit these requests straight to WebTMA will have their requests denied. These need to come from Residence Hall Service Tickets.
