Faculty & Staff: Most software can easily be installed on a campus-owned computer with the CIT Self-Service application on Macs and the Company Portal on Windows.

Software Request: Use this form to request access to existing software or to request software that is not already offered.
Report a Software Problem: Use this form to report a problem with software you are using. This can include issues like the application not opening, licensing not applying, error messages, or install issues.
