You may be temporarily locked out of your voicemail (e.g., for 30 minutes). To regain access immediately, reset your PIN in the Cisco online interface.
This only works for individual voicemail boxes. For shared or departmental accounts, contact the Help Desk.
Steps

Go to myvoicemail.geneseo.edu.

Log in with your Geneseo username and password.

Navigate to Web Inbox → Settings → Passwords → Change PIN.

Enter a new PIN

click Save.
