Accessing the KB

• Navigate to:https://geneseo.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/63/Portal/21/Home-1
• In the blue navigation bar across the top of the screen, select Knowledge Base or click on the Step-By-Step Guides button.

Finding Articles & Answers

You can find help using any of the following methods:

• Direct Search: Click Search in the gray menu bar, or click the Globe icon in the top-right corner of the portal and select Knowledge Base. Enter your keywords and hit search.

• Category Browsing: Click the main Knowledge Base tab to browse through top-level categories and sub-topics.

• Sidebar Shortcuts: Look at the right sidebar on the KB homepage to instantly view Popular Articles, Recent Articles, or Popular Tags.
